Abstract
This proposal seeks to determine Magpie’s stance on Listapie’s LIP #08, which proposes extending the scope of Listapie’s existing veLISTA authorization to Listapie Lend.
Listapie Lend is a new product built on Lista’s lending market. It aims to leverage Listapie’s veLISTA resources and Lista’s LISTA Holder Boost mechanism to provide more competitive lending yields for users participating in Lista Lend, while creating a new revenue stream for Listapie.
Motivation
Lista’s Holder Boost mechanism allows users who meet the LISTA token holding requirements to earn additional Supply and Borrow Rewards on Lista Lend.
Supporting LIP #08 would extend the use of Listapie’s existing veLISTA resources to Listapie Lend. This would help users access Holder Boost while reducing the need to hold large amounts of LISTA tokens themselves.
Listapie Lend would also integrate an LTP staking mechanism. Users would be able to stake LTP to receive a higher LISTA allocation, increasing their Holder Boost and enhancing their yields on Lista Lend.
Stake more LTP → Receive a higher LISTA allocation → Increase Holder Boost → Earn higher yields on Lista Lend
Specific Boost tiers, LISTA allocations, and related product parameters would be determined based on the settings in effect when Listapie Lend officially launches.
Under the proposed revenue-sharing model, base rewards earned through Supply and Borrow activities on Lista Lend would be distributed 100% to users, with no fee charged by Listapie.
Additional LISTA token rewards generated through Holder Boost would be distributed as follows:
- 75% to users
- 25% as the Listapie Protocol Fee
The 25% Protocol Fee would be further allocated as follows:
- 5% to the team for Listapie operational expenses
- 15% for mLISTA token buybacks
- 5% for LTP token buybacks
This model would align the growth of Listapie Lend with the broader Listapie ecosystem by supporting protocol operations and creating ongoing buyback demand for mLISTA and LTP.
Voting against LIP #08 would reject the proposed extension of Listapie’s existing veLISTA authorization to Listapie Lend.
This proposal allows Magpie users to determine how Magpie should vote on Listapie’s LIP #08.
