Abstract
This proposal seeks to gather input from vlMGP holders on whether Magpie should support Listapie’s proposal regarding Lista DAO’s LIP 024. The proposed changes include retiring the veLISTA model, unlocking all veLISTA without penalties, removing veLISTA revenue sharing, winding down LP pool voting, redirecting protocol revenue toward LISTA buybacks, and expanding LISTA utility starting with delayed liquidation in Q2 2026. This MIP allows vlMGP holders to guide Magpie’s vote on a matter that directly affects the long-term future of Listapie and its role within the Lista DAO ecosystem.
Motivation
As a key stakeholder in Listapie, Magpie holds governance influence through its position in the ecosystem. Lista DAO’s LIP 024 introduces a significant restructuring of governance, incentives, and token utility.
