Summary
This proposal seeks community approval to extend the scope of Listapie’s existing veLISTA authorization to Listapie Lend.
Listapie Lend is a new product built on Lista’s lending market. It aims to leverage Listapie’s veLISTA resources and the LISTA Holder Boost mechanism to provide more competitive lending yields for users participating in Lista Lend, while creating a new revenue stream for Listapie.
How It Works
Lista’s Holder Boost mechanism allows users who meet the LISTA token holding requirements to earn additional Supply / Borrow Rewards on Lista Lend.
Listapie Lend will extend the use of Listapie’s existing veLISTA resources to the lending market, helping users access Holder Boost while reducing the need to hold large amounts of LISTA tokens themselves.
Listapie Lend will also integrate an LTP staking mechanism. Users can stake LTP to receive a higher LISTA allocation, increasing their Holder Boost and enhancing their yields on Lista Lend.
Stake more LTP → Receive a higher LISTA allocation → Increase Holder Boost → Earn higher yields on Lista Lend
Specific Boost tiers, LISTA allocations, and related product parameters will be determined based on the settings in effect when Listapie Lend officially launches.
Revenue Sharing
Listapie Lend users will receive rewards from two main sources:
Lending Rewards
Base rewards earned through Supply / Borrow activities on Lista Lend will be 100% distributed to users, with no fee charged by Listapie.
Holder Boost Rewards
Additional LISTA token rewards generated through Holder Boost will be distributed as follows:

25% as the Listapie Protocol Fee
The 25% Protocol Fee will be further allocated as follows:

5% to the team for Listapie operational expenses

15% for mLISTA token buybacks

5% for LTP token buybacks
This revenue-sharing model further aligns the growth of Listapie Lend with the broader Listapie ecosystem, supporting protocol operations while creating ongoing buyback demand for mLISTA and LTP.
