社區將定期針對BOROS收入變化,vePENDLE增長及vlPNP APY提升效率進行討論,若有需要再進行優化。
2.BASE收入調整
原始版本 : 滿足每月PNP賄賂支出需求後,30-70%資金用於回購mPENDLE,剩餘資金用於PNP回購。
更新版本 : 滿足每月PNP賄賂支出需求後,100%資金用於回購mPENDLE,將更多的資源用來維持mPENDLE的PEG。
附錄:PNP CLUB 簡介
PNP CLUB 是由 PNP 社區成員自發組建的治理組織,致力於推動社區治理與協議發展。目前共控制超過 50 萬顆 vlPNP,擁有超過 20 名活躍成員,且每位成員平均持有超過 1 萬顆 vlPNP。
PNP CLUB 曾主導提出多項重要提案,包括 PIP-15、PIP-16、PIP-17、PIP-18,對協議機制及生態發展帶來了積極影響。
Subject: BOROS Revenue Plan and BASE Revenue Adjustment
(This proposal will prioritize compliance with PIP#15’s compensation principle. 20% of vePENDLE income must be allocated to PRT first.)
1. BOROS Revenue Plan
Each month, prioritize spending $10,000 to purchase PENDLE and permanently lock it as vePENDLE. Simultaneously, mint mPENDLE at a 1:1 ratio, and allocate the entire amount for bribes or incentives related to mPENDLE pools to boost mPENDLE yield.
Extra funds allocation:
- 60% to buy back PTmPENDLE for distribution to vlPNP holders.
- 40% to buy back PTmPENDLE and deposit it into the treasury.
Example 1: June BOROS Revenue - $9,999

Use $9,999 to purchase PENDLE and permanently lock it as vePENDLE, minting mPENDLE at a 1:1 ratio. The entire amount will be used for bribes or incentives related to mPENDLE pools.

Since the revenue did not exceed $10,000, no PTmPENDLE buyback will occur.
Example 2: July BOROS Revenue - $20,000
- Use $10,000 to purchase PENDLE and permanently lock it as vePENDLE, minting mPENDLE at a 1:1 ratio. The entire amount will be used for bribes or incentives related to mPENDLE pools.
- $6,000 will be used to buy back PTmPENDLE for distribution to vlPNP holders.
- $4,000 will be used to buy back PTmPENDLE and deposit it into the treasury.
The community will regularly discuss the BOROS revenue strategy based on vePENDLE growth and vlPNP APY improvement efficiency, and make optimizations if necessary.
2. BASE Revenue Adjustment

Original Version: After covering monthly PNP bribe expenses, 30-70% of the remaining funds were used to buy back mPENDLE, and the rest for PNP buybacks.

Updated Version: After covering monthly PNP bribe expenses, 100% of the remaining funds will be used to buy back mPENDLE, dedicating more resources to maintaining the mPENDLE peg.
Appendix: PNP CLUB Introduction
PNP CLUB is a governance organization independently formed by PNP community members, dedicated to advancing community governance and protocol development. The group collectively controls over 500,000 vlPNP and has more than 20 active members, with each member holding an average of over 10,000 vlPNP.
PNP CLUB has led several important proposals, including PIP-15, PIP-16, PIP-17, and PIP-18, making a significant impact on the protocol’s mechanisms and ecosystem development.
