Abstract
This proposal seeks to gather input from vlMGP holders on whether Magpie should support Penpie’s PIP #23, which proposes converting all future rewards generated by sPendle within the Penpie protocol into sPendle.
Motivation
As a key stakeholder in Penpie, Magpie holds meaningful governance influence over the protocol. Since PIP #23 proposes a new framework for handling future sPendle-generated rewards, it is important that vlMGP holders guide how Magpie votes to ensure the decision reflects the broader interests of the community.
Specification
Vote on whether Magpie should support Penpie’s PIP #23 proposal to convert all future rewards generated by sPendle into sPendle by swapping treasury-received airdrop tokens into PENDLE, depositing the acquired PENDLE into the sPendle strategy, and holding the aggregated sPendle in the treasury as strategic assets.
