## **Abstract** This proposal seeks to gather input from vlMGP holders on whether Magpie should support Penpie’s PIP #23, which proposes converting all future rewards generated by sPendle within the Penpie protocol into sPendle. ## **Motivation** As a key stakeholder in Penpie, Magpie holds meaningful governance influence over the protocol. Since PIP #23 proposes a new framework for handling future sPendle-generated rewards, it is important that vlMGP holders guide how Magpie votes to ensure the decision reflects the broader interests of the community. ## **Specification** Vote on whether Magpie should support Penpie’s PIP #23 proposal to convert all future rewards generated by sPendle into sPendle by swapping treasury-received airdrop tokens into PENDLE, depositing the acquired PENDLE into the sPendle strategy, and holding the aggregated sPendle in the treasury as strategic assets. ---
